Apex Names Eamon Perrel Chief Commercial Officer

Charlottesville, VA – December 3, 2025 – Apex Clean Energy today announced the promotion of Eamon Perrel to Chief Commercial Officer, a strategic appointment that reflects the company’s momentum and its commitment to delivering strong results across its portfolio. In this role, Perrel will continue to lead and shape Apex’s commercial strategy, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver value for its partners and stakeholders while positioning Apex to capitalize on emerging opportunities and drive sustained success.

During his 16-year tenure, Perrel has held a broad range of roles spanning acquisitions, offtake, and development. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development, overseeing commercial activities across all markets and technologies. He has built and led a high-performing business development function and helped shape Apex’s corporate strategy.

Perrel holds a BA in mathematics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
